Not Always The Teacher I think it is just easier to blame the teacher rather than look at a complete lack of responsibility and just general manners being taught to children today. Some of the blame needs to go to the parents because they don't help to reinforce appropriate behavior in the children. Instead, you only hear "my, my, my" or "me, me, me". They must be taught they are not the only person in the classroom so they should respect the learning environment. This type of behavior (respecting others) is first learned at home.
