Cultural Agenda China has put in place a cultural as well as economic agenda. One part of this cultural agenda is to provide Chinese language teachers for free to public school systems throughout the world.

They are all learning English! China is pushing English as a Foreign Language because there are so many dialects in the country and around China so this is a common language to help them communicate in Business
