The School
A family of well-established schools based in Taiwan's Taichung County is searching for an additional foreign teacher. We currently employ several foreign teachers and over 100 Taiwanese teachers. Within our group of schools we have 4 kindergartens and two cram schools (buxiban). Our schools are based in and around the historic and religious town of Dajia. This area has a wealth of culture and is ideal for anyone interested in studying Mandarin Chinese.
The Position
The position is available immediately for part-time work at our kindergarten and full-time work at our buxiban. The working hours would be Monday to Friday from 1:50pm to 9:00pm. This is your guaranteed set schedule, with NO changes and NO split shifts! For those interested in studying Mandarin Chinese, this position would leave your mornings completely free for you to take classes at the local university.
The Candidate
We are searching for talented, energetic people that have a genuine interest in the culture of Taiwan and the academic progress of our students. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need extensive teaching experience, but will more importantly possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
As far as minimum requirements, all candidates must be Native English speakers and must also possess a 4-year university diploma.
