IMAC Ingles Total is hiring qualified, experienced, motivated individuals to serve as Online Teacher Trainers (e-structors) for our TEFL-TESL programs with a completely flexible work schedule. It's an opportunity to generate an additional income with your ESL expertise. You can work online any time anywhere. Tutors must hold a BA or MA and TESL/TEFL background and be available to check e-mails at least once per day. These courses are conducted entirely through email and online. All candidates must have a computer and Internet access. Candidates must also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to troubleshoot academic problems calmly. Tutors are asked to work with students from beginning to the end of the course.

We pay on a pre-determined number of hours, per-student basis. Staff tutors earn $10.00 US per hour.
