Utsunomiya East YMCA is seeking an experienced full time female English teacher for children and adults. Must be a native english speaker. We would prefer a teacher who can stay for at least 2 years.
Successful applicants will be required to teach kids from 18months to high school as well as adult classes. They will need to be able to create fun and active lesson plans for children and plan lessons around a set textbook for adults.
There are also some special events that take place through the year on weekends (usually saturday) and a week during august for summer camp.
The position starts from April, 2010. Visa and accommodation sponsorship is available. Starting salary 250,000yen/month. Around 10 weeks paid vacation.
The new teacher will be required to work a Tuesday-Saturday shift. We are open until 21:10 during the week and close at 16:00 on Saturdays.
