GKI (Global Kids International http://www.gkis.co.kr ) School Guri Campus, located in Guri City, 10 min drive from east Seoul (from Techno Mart/East Seoul Bus terminal) is looking for American or Canadian teachers, who can start instruction in April, 2010. We are a growing Private English School specializing in education for Kindergarten, Elementary school-aged children. As an instruction you will be paid 2.4 to 2.8 million won per month (depending on your teaching schedule, experience, and qualifications. You will work basically 30 hours a week. Monday through Friday only. There is no Saturday school at GKI. We offer one-year renewable contract with the following benefits:

Qualifications:

. Native Speaker with teaching experience/teacher endorsement

(Teacher's Certificate, B.A or M.A in English or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate is preferred)

Hello, my name is Chris and I have been teaching at GKI school since May 2009. I teach in Guri City which is right outside of Seoul, just about 10 minutes. I really enjoy working for GKI. The classes are a good size and the children are eager to learn. It is a structured atmosphere and there are available resources for teaching. We are always paid on time and I feel very well taken care of. My apartment is a nice 5 minute walk from the school. I would highly recommend anyone to come and teach at GKI, it has been a very pleasant experience for me.
