I am an energetic, hard working and friendly English graduate looking for a first teaching post in Japan. I am currently resident in Iceland where most of my friends and colleagues are speaking English as a second language. I am passionate about my language and really enjoy teaching and explaining to them points of pronunciation, phrasing and grammar and I would like to make it into a career.

I am very interested in Japanese culture and language after having spent time travelling there. I speak basic,conversational Japanese. I have musical ability and some experience working with kids, as both a teaching assistant and a camp counselor. Most of all I have a really positive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm.
