I am an American citizen born and raised in New York.  I have been teaching for the past 35 years, mainly in the Gulf Region.  I have been an English as Second Language Instructor at the University of Bahrain, Kuwait University,KFUPM Dhahran Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,  the Arabian Gulf University of Bahrain and King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.  My speciality is English for Special Purposes in medicine, engineering and business.  I was business program coordinator for ADGAS in Abu Dhabi UAE where I taught business Englishand academic/techinical report writing.

For the past 10 years, I have been involved in Management of English Language Programs.  Most recently I was Director of the American Cultural and Educational Center in Juffair, Bahrain. 

I am now semi-retired and still enjoy teaching students and anyone who wishes to improve their English Language proficiency.  I realize the importance English plays in the careers of the students who choose me to be their private tutor. 

As I have a very flexible schedule, I am usually able to meet the days and times my students wish to study.
